| Semi-rigid pavement is one of the most important pavement structure in our country, to judge the fatigue performance of semi-rigid materials as accurate as possible is of great importance.Based on the researches at home and abroad, the test method of the bending fatigue performance under supporting condition was put forward. As the test was carried out, the results were analyzed, at the same time, mechanical analysis using Finite Element Method was done. To take into account the long-term existence of water in the actual pavement structure, the test method of the bending fatigue performance under soaking condition was also put forward. Then the test was done and the influences was analyzed.The result shows that the test methods of the bending fatigue performance under two special conditions are quite satisfying in accessing the fatigue performance of the actual semi-rigid pavement. In the test of bending fatigue performance under supporting condition, the fatigue life of the cement stabilized gravel increased to 3-10 times. In the test of bending fatigue performance under soaking condition, the fatigue life of cement stabilized aggregates showed nearly no changes, but the cement stabilized soil destroyed immediately. |
