With the increasing of deep foundation and Metro tunnel project, security and economic issues caused by groundwater is more and more, it is increasingly prominent to enhance foundation pit dewatering technology. However, manual control mode becomes bottleneck to improve technology and efficiency of dewatering project.Automatic Control is more and more intelligent, network-based and integrated. It makes industrial production to reduce consumption, increase production efficiency and control accuracy, assure the operational safety. However, automatic control is used far from universal in the dewatering projects of construction pit, and no product is popularized. take the low improving of dewatering technology as a starting point, we design a automatic control device applicable to vacuum-tube dewatering,this system could add other functions easily with wider adaptability.The article makes tow designs based on MSP430 single-chip and ADAM-5000 separately.First the article introduces the principle of automatic control, then analyze how to measure and control the parameters and define the operation steps. We design the hardware system for measurement and control process and select specific models of equipment followed with their working principle and technical parameters. Then, using different development platforms we design the software system and carry out modular management, introduce specific workflow of different functions, point out the issue and its solution in algorithm design. Finally, we design the plan for simulation debug and field test, run the control device and give a summaryThe full text includes the overall concept and design of the system as well as independent function of each module and there link.
