Grouting technology, as a branch of geotechnical engineering research,has beenwidely applied in underground engineering and construction of foundation projects.With the popularization and application of grouting technology, the requirements ofgrouting materials, grouting technology innovation increase gradually.There are shortcomings foralkaline soluble glass:poor gelation stability;desolventizingof metal ions; corrosion phenomenon. So here focuses on theacidsodium silicate grout gelationtime and the strength of sand consolidation.Thevacuum grouting technologyisput forward and research.In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the detailed experimental research aboutgelationtime ofacidicsoluble glass grouting materials, the gelation time is obtained under differentratio of grouting material.Summed up the gelation time directly influence factor is thepH of the solution, and the serum regulating methods of gelationtimehas determined.(2) After the research, we study the strength of sand consolidation of the ratiothat can be applied into grouting engineering.By means of slurry solid sand bodyblock unconfined compressive strength test, draw a serous sand consolidation strengthincreased with the increase of sodium silicate baume degree. Comprehensiveconsideration of sodium silicate gelation time requirements, We Concluded thatsodium silicate baume degree for30oBe’ for the optimal ratio of slurry in engineeringapplication, and the volume of sodium silicate and sulphuric acid is0.68. Thegelationtimeis2hand the strength of sand consolidation is0.84MPa.(3)Through the method of indoor grouting model test,studied the application ofvacuum grouting technology in sand formation.Obtained under different vacuumdegree, the diffusion within the slurry in each time period and stop the spread of thetime, Summed up the vacuum grouting technology diffusion rules of grout whenapplied in soil formation. Through calculation of soil permeability coefficient, which indicates that the vacuum grouting on sandy soil water effect is obvious.
