Combining with the characteristics of the bridge design, construction and maintenance management, the bridge life-cycle reliability is more systematic studied in this article. The main research results are as follows:(1) The basic theory and calculation method of structure optimization design method are briefly introduced, and the application of the penalty function method in nonlinear optimization problem is also made a detailed discussion. By establishing the model of bridge structure optimization design based on reliability, the optimal design of the bridge structure is solved with the penalty function method.(2) Through the analysis of the factors influencing the bridge structure reliability during the construction, the bridge structure reliability assessment and control of the key factors during the construction are definited, and lay the foundation for the reliability assessment and control of the bridge structure construction period.(3) The reliability gray fuzzy evaluation model of construction period based on gray system theory and fuzzy mathematics theory is established, which can be used for the reliability evaluation of bridge structure during the construction safety as. This model can not only take full advantage of the characteristics of the fuzzy evaluation, but also consider the gray of the evaluation information, and the evaluation results are more scientific and reasonable.(4) Through putting forward the concept of reliability as the evaluation index of construction quality of construction, the construction reliability calculation method is given. This article has proposed the operable control suggestions from the bridge structure of construction control methods, the key points of construction quality control and the artificial errors of bridge construction quality control.(5) According to the characteristics of service of Bridge, the bridge length of service reliability evaluation model based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the remaining service life prediction based on dynamic reliability theory in the existing bridge structure are established. In this article, the conservation strategies model based on dynamic reliability and economic optimization is recommended to determine the optimal inspection and maintenance program of the bridge structure, which can make the structure reap greater economic and social benefits.
