| The study on drivetrain dynamic characteristics of train has been closely paid attention; the failure rate of drivetrain has a high proportion in all bogie parts in vehicles’service. People always ignore the actual transmission characteristics of traction torque in before study on train drive system dynamics, instead of simplify it as a simple torque transmission.In order to give a further study on drivetrain dynamics, a model of vehicle system and two different kinds of drivetrain model, considering gear meshing or not, were modeling in this paper according to a high speed train in china. Two kinds of drivetrain model were inserted in vehicle system model as substructure, and the difference was compared. Parameters optimization of drivetrain was performed under considering the actual vehicle traction characteristics and basic resistance characteristics, the load characteristics of drivetrain also be calculated in paper. Several conclusions as below:1) The load of drivetrain considered gear meshing is larger than that the drivetrain without gear meshing characteristic under high speed coasting simulation of high speed train. If the focus of study on the stability and load characteristic of drivetrain, considering the gear meshing in modeling of drivetrain is necessary when we study on train drive system dynamics.2) The value of primary suspension parameters depend on oscillation stability of vehicle firstly, the optimal value adapted to drivetrain should be selected in the range that meet the requirement of vehicle oscillation stability. Influence on drivetrain load of primary stiffness is less than primary damper.3) The point parameters of gearbox positioning seat have a serious influence on drivetrain load, especially for the vertical parameters. The main vibration of gearbox is in the vertical direction, reasonable point vertical stiffness and vertical damper is benefit for damping the vertical vibration of drivetrain. |
