With the development of science and technology, applying servo control system toindustrial robots, CNC machine tools, household appliances, electric vehicles and otherfields have promoted the social development greatly. However the social developmentrequires the servo control system with higher performance. Therefore, the study of highperformance servo control system is very important. And the characteristics of highaccuracy, high dynamic performance and simple structure make the study on servo controlsystem of permanent magnet synchronous motor favored by the scientistsBased on extensive literature, this paper introduces the current situation anddevelopment of servo control system all around the world,and gives the mathematicalmodel and the control principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor. And After thatdetails of the principle of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) are introduced.In this paper, the controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on vectorcontrol method is designed, and STM32F103VET6is taken as the core of the control,which has rich resources and strong data processing ability. The hardware includes STM32minimum system, the power supply of digital and analog parts, communication interface,power driving circuit and feedback circuit. The software includes software architecture, themain program, interrupt subroutine, position/speed feedback, current sampling and PIDalgorithm. By the software, the synthesis of space voltage vector, sector judgment and thetime of each basic space voltage vector can be realized. In order to use the controllerconveniently, we designed a control system on computer with NI Labwindows.In this paper, Design of SIMULINK simulation model and the results of simulationare explained. And the experimental results of the prototype are represented.According to the results, we summarize the work of the system design. And the further work is prospected in the end.
