Along with the rapid development of electric power enterprise, especially the electric power moves towards the market, the electric power sends loses matches. Each sector is requested to be more and more automatic. Electric power parameter survey is from simulation method to digital method day by day. This design mainly introduced the quantity of exchanging electricity. The exchanging sampling is refers to the exchange signal after the low pass filter except the electrical network high frequency component, follows the sampling theorem, obtains the separate sequence the pass time passage period separate to complete the sampling process. The sampling theorem is pointed out when sampling follow the basic principle, namely the sampling frequency must be bigger than two times to measure signaling frequency time can measure the signal only return to original state goes back. Exchange electric quantity gathering is refers carries on the filter to the exchange signal, the enlargement, the sampling and so on after a series of electric circuits, through A/D transformation, transforms the simulated signal as the digital signal, and deposits in data-carrier storage RAM the installment, its basic function is the voltage which obtains gathering, the electric current data transfer computer, according to carries on processing by the computer logarithm, extracts movement parameter which needs. The design’s merit is that the structure is simple and the anti-interference ability is strong. The practice proved that using the exchange sampling method to carry on the data acquisition obtains electric power parameter and so on. The voltage, electric current, power factor after the operation have better precision and stability.
