| With the rapid development of economy and society in China, the urbanization process is aggravated, the number of vehicles substantial is increasingly rising. Recently the traffic estimation shows that the roads can hardly satisfy the traffic needs. Problems such as interference between vehicles and citizens, road congestion and transport inefficiencies are becoming increasingly severe, which have serious iMPact on social development and residents’daily life. Therefore, conventional road traffic modes cannot meet the modern lives’modes. In order to solve the traffic congestion phenomenon, viaducts are built in cities across China. Traffic flow may be shunted in this way, which improves the practical situation of traffic and is beneficial to rapid social and economic development.This paper conducted a research on the (30+45+30m) aequilate box girder of main line bridge relying on Jinan connecting line of Ji-wide high-speed project. Through aggregate analysis, reexamination and optimization design, it drew some conclusions as following:(1) Examine and optimize initial design schemes adopted in the P.C. broad box-girder bridge project, and identify detailed technical parameters;(2) Based on the numerical analysis, the spatial bearing performance characteristics of similar structures preliminarily was revealed; The partial load, live load and concentrated load on the structure have great iMPact on the shear lag effect, and we need to consider it in the process of reinforcement design; Under the partial loads and multi-lane center load, there is have a greater compressive stress in the position of stress concentration; the shear lag effect and stress concentration are obvious in the supporting section, so we recommended to enhance or optimize local bearing arrangement.(3) Design details of durability safeguard measures and construction quality control requirements of bridge; Put forward maintenance advice during bridge operation according to the bridge characteristics and experiences for similar engineering.This paper obtains useful conclusions and it can provide a good choice for the similar projects in the future theoretical calculation and implementation of the similar projects. |
