Energy conservation is a long-term strategic task in our country economic and social development. The energy-efficient building plays important role in it. Capillary mat air conditioning system as a kind of energy-saving, environmental protection, comfortable air conditioning system, can make a positive contribution to the development of green architecture in our country. But in practical engineering, the capillary mat air conditioning system is not widely used, one of the reasons is:In order to avoid the capillary surface condensation, capillary surface temperature must be higher than the dew-point temperature of indoor air, which restricted the capillary mat of cooling capacity. Therefore, strengthen the capillary surface heat transfer process of air-conditioning system, and thus enhanced the cooling ability of capillary mat, become the key problems of the application of capillary mat air conditioning system.Based on summarizing the research status of radiation air conditioning and capillary mat air conditioning system, this article proposes a new type of capillary mat installation way, through the theoretical research and numerical simulation, the results show that this kind of constriction method in heat transfer reinforcement system has played a huge role.Firstly, this article discusses the working principle and advantages of the capillary mat air conditioning system. On the basis of the capillary mat ceiling installation method which currently existing, this paper proposes a new capillary mat installation method, rotating one side of the capillary mat, to make the capillary mat has angle with the ceiling. Then analyzes the heat transfer process of the capillary mat air conditioning system of in the rooms, establishes the heat transfer analysis model, and probes into the cooling ability of the capillary mat.Secondly, according to the heat transfer characteristics of the capillary air conditioning system in interior and outdoor, this article carries on the cooling numerical simulation research to a capillary air conditioning room in Jinan by using the Airpak simulation software. In addition, aiming at three different factors in the new type different installation method which angles, shapes and sizes, this article sets up twelve kinds of different situations, carries on the simulation calculation separately. Results show that the cooling volume of the new capillary mat installation method is increased by14.5%than the cooling volume of the traditional capillary mat ceiling installation method, and it has played a huge role in strengthening air-conditioning system heat transfer. These three factors in the new capillary mat installation method are not independent existence. They are synergistic, influence the cooling capacity of capillary mat with their mutual effects. Among them, the best combination way to improve the capillary mat cooling ability is the parallel installation form with large size and large angle. By comparison the theoretical calculation with the simulation on the traditional capillary mat ceiling installation way, the result confirms that the simulation calculation is satisfactory. Finally, using the MATLAB software to curve fitting for the numerical simulation results of the capillary parallel laying way which effects best to capillary cooling ability, obtains the function relation between the installation angle and unit projection area cooling ability. Then this article proposes the specific steps of the capillary mat area by using function relation to calculate, lists the table of the installation angle and unit projection area cooling quantity in detail, illuminates the application conditions of the new type capillary mat method and the matters needing attention. This provides the theoretical basis for the design and application of the new type capillary mat installation method in the capillary mat air conditioning system.
