At present, the physical network of the integrated and quick cargo network in our country is relatively perfect. With the constant development in the field of economy and society, people have put forward increasingly high demands on the cargo transport service. Under such a circumstance, an integrated and quick cargo network emerges, which has the characteristics of timeliness, security and economical efficiency and can finish the cargo transport with high quality. Therefore, the endeavor to develop and improve an integrated and quick cargo network is significant to the cargo transport in our country.An accurate capacity calculation to the transport of an integrated and quick cargo network is an important support to improve and expand the network. This thesis, taking how to calculate the capacity of the integrated and quick cargo service network transport more reasonably as the breakthrough point, expounds the internal and external factors influencing transport capacity calculation, and analyzes the uncertainty on the transport capacity caused by regional economy, productivity levels, comprehensive and quick shipping requirements, national policies and regulations, force majeure, accidents, and human factors. In the meantime, the paper presents the concrete steps to deal with the blind information. Based on the service level, the paper establishes a transport capacity calculation model of the quick cargo service network. Through using Tabu Search Algorithm, the paper calculates the cargo volume of different classes under the condition of the same service level. In the meantime, the paper applies the Blind Number Theory to quantify the uncertain factors which influence the integrated and quick cargo network capacity. Finally, the paper applies the quantified results by Blind Number Theory to modify the calculation results based on service level of the integrated and quick cargo service network transport capacity.
