Drilling machines with double driving heads are different from the common drillingrigs, because installing two power heads in the rig. According to the requirements ofconstruction, two power heads work at the same time and they could select a variety ofconstructions. Construction efficiency and quality is greatly improved.At present our country have had many kinds of drilling machines,but their functionsare single and the soil quality of constructions is limited. Drilling machines with doubledriving heads are advantageous in this aspect. The machines are used more and morewidely in our country,but mainly import,so need expensive price. This thesis mainlyfocuses on domestic drilling machine these limitations, study on double power heads ofthe drilling machine that meeting the needs of the domestic market, to solve the existingproblems. Improve the construction efficiency and increase the benefit. Especiallyequipments make pile foundation of the diameter≥800mm, make its comprehensiveperformance is excellent.The thesis mainly researches three aspects,including designing and researching ofthe internal power head and the external power head.The spiral drill pipe and the casingtube. Study on the associated structures and system of double driving heads.The researching methods include: Study on corresponding parameters of drilling toolby theoretical calculation and experimental analysis. Experiments used spiral drill withthree kinds helix angle, drilling clay, loam and sandy soil with five kinds of speeds toobtain the curve; By using the3D software designs tools, calculating force、torque、power andso on after determining the corresponding parameters, preparing for designing power heads;After considering various factors, design and research on internal、external power head,itsrelated mechanism、system and simulation, because the device adopts the hydraulic drive,so using the AMESim simulate the hydraulic system, to ensure hydraulic system anddraw the corresponding curve.The thesis combined with the actual situation of the current pile foundation drillingmachine, designing the double power heads to meet future development needs, geting theparameters and the design scheme of drill、double power heads、the mechanism andhydraulic system, after the experimental study, geting that the drill pipes with20°helixangle is better, providing practical solutions for engineering application.
