Non-Contact And Online Optical Density Sensor

Optical Density Sensor widely used in detect of producing, such as film plating. To ensure the quality of film plating, we must monitor the plating result at all times. However, recently most of the optical density sensor is the off-line system based on contact measurement, by this way, the production speeds and quality could be highly affected. To solve the problems made by the traditional contact optical density sensor, this article takes another new method based on non-contact, online optical density sensor.According to the hardware design and the technical features, this article first discussed the select reason for each part, and then designed the hardware schematics for each section, and next this article discussed the weak voltage processing primary. At last we designed the system based on Silicon Labs’ C8051f020microcontroller and ALTER’s EP2C5T144FPGA. Besides, this article also introduced some part of the software in this system.Finally this article designed the non-contact, online optical density sensor completely, and after that we used some algorithm method to fit the value, in this way our system meets the desired effect and satisfy the precision in industrial measurements.
