With the rapid development of metropolis and the increased speed of the pace of people’s living, the demand for traffic tools have been increased. Meanwhile, urban has been confronted with the energy crisis and deteriorate of environment due to the increased of population and transportation vehicles. China, as a developing country, has its own basic national condition:land of roads is less and a high density of population. Therefore, how to bring the use of transportation in personal to completion under the trend of low-carbon economic development has become a worth thinking subject.Nowadays, transport vehicle is increasing, as the technology is maturing, lightweight, comfortable, modern personal transportation become the future trend of development. The light-weight electro-mobile as a simple, efficient and environment-friendly personal transport has become much popular in variable transport today, also rapid popularizations in both urban and rural areas.It is particularly important that continuous innovation the light electro-mobile which meet the China’s national condition, especially in the rapid development of industry of electro-mobile today. For the analysis of existing product from their form, function, operation, comfort which combined with the new technology in-depth study, the further innovation from the design concept of traditional electric-mobile design concept, to design a more suitable light electro-mobile for Chinese people use.This dissertation reviews and introduces the usage condition and the development of Chinese modern personal lightweight electro-mobile, analyzes some of the inadequacies of the existing light personal electro-mobile, base on this phenomenon, the necessarily and design concept of personal lightweight metro-mobile has been raised. Hoping to change the traditional way of using, thereby the maneuverability improved. Through market research, collate and analyze, reading research, theoretical research and program design, and other comprehensive research methods, combined with survey statistics and study on product’s mounding, to ultimately establish a new generation of lightweight personal electro-mobile design basedon many considerations, sucu as, safety, comfort, ergonomics and functionally,etc...
