Using MATLAB/Simulink simulation, only is the study of the theoretical level, the simulation results with the actual situation there are still some differences. To make theoretical research more practical, and make full use of MATLAB powerful computing capacity, this thesis studies the actual controlled object, which introduced in the simulation section, constitute a Hardware in the Loop semi-physical simulation system. Combining theoretical simulation and physical experiment, it can reduces the development cost of the controller, shorten the design cycle, and directly control of physical performance is more reliable.Based on Quanser experiment platform, make DC motor as control object, the model controller built in MATLAB/Simulink environment, through the real-time control software QuaRC makes the MATLAB simulation software with Quanser experimental platform for seamless link, set the semi-physical real-time simulation system. A given signal acts on both the theoretical model and practical dc motor at the same time, it’s easy to observed output. Through online adjust the parameters of the controller and model, can get a better control effect and more accord with the actual model. On this basis, in-depth studied the DC motor by the characteristics of the measurement noise and load disturbances, according to the sensitive function concept, analysis of the DC motor speed control model and the least sensitive value model in the robustness of the design for robust controller with smaller sensitive value, not only to the three different order theory of functional verification respectively, also on the practical motor disturbance to verify that the controller performance.Based on Virtual Laboratory technology, the thesis improved the hardware in loop simulation experiment of DC motor, and realizes the LabVIEW and MATLAB mixed programming. With the interface written by LabVIEW, we can control the Simulink model by adjusted parameters, the interface can also display the control results instantaneity. After encapsulated the TCP/IP protocol, based on the host/client mode, the HIL simulation can be controled through the LAN remote. On the remote client interface, we can choose the type of dc motor control and change the controller parameters, the client’s simulation results can real-time displayed on the host. As MATLAB strong calculation ability combined with the advantages of LabVIEW graphical programming, action their respective advantages, not only ensure the quickness and accuracy of online simulation model, but also optimized the control and display interface, make the whole system more integrated.
