A Study Of Land Planning Of The Region Around Large Passenger Railway Station On The Basis Of Synergy Theory

Synergetic is a system science, which topic of study is mutual cooperation and interaction of the laws of subsystem, it deals with relationship between the various parts of a system from a unified view of point. It deal with problems in a comprehensive way, is attention to get an overall picture, focus on researching the procedure which is concerted action to produce the overall structure. The synergetic theory provide a powerful theory based on studying the Interaction and mutual cooperation of subsystem, extract parameters of synergetic system through theoretical analysis, in addition, count and analyse the parameters of18domestic railway station.The research of Land development planning of surrounding area of railway station is based on synergetic theory ideas in this paper. First of all, we use the railway station and the surrounding area as a whole system, it is divided into three subsystems:railway station, the reachability and the land development planning of surrounding area, use the ISM to obtain parameter affecting system’s order. Secondly, we extract the key parameters dominating the land development planning of surrounding area from the railway station subsystem and the reachability subsystem order parameter, in view of the above,railway station is divided into four types, we select the appropriate type of station from successful case of foreign countries, count and analyse the land structure and strength of the surrounding area, combining with domestic case, build reasonable indicator system of land around the railway station. Finally, analyse the synergy degree of the surrounding area of18railway station using synergy measuring model. On this account, Synergy degree of railway stations surrounding area is divided into low-grade synergistic, moderate synergistic, and highly synergistic three levels, analysed the low-grade synergistic railway station. On these grounds, we can present the optimization program.The results of this study can provide a reference for the railway stations surrounding land adjustment, so that the railway station can play a more active role in guiding the city’s economic and social development.
