Car increasing popularity, has become a people walking is one of the important means of transport, then also contributed to the oil crisis.For a long time, the oil crisis has been a problem in people, after years of research, while people didn’t seem to find a suitable fuel can be completely instead of oil, but in the long-term study found that, we also found some part can replace petroleum fuels, the fuels such as natural gas, ethanol, methanol, dimethyl ether, such as fuel, can be as a automotive power energy, but because of the physical and chemical character of the fuel and gasoline have very big difference, directly on the existing car use will not achieve the desired effect, and even cause the damage of the car, so the existing car is a must to take advantage of these energy or fuel for processing, the present research status, the popularity of these fuels will also need a long time.Methanol gasoline research has confirmed with advantages in economy and emission performance because of different will have different degrees of lower, in order to improve the engine Power performance M15, based on GT-Power engine dedicated simulation software for M15engine modeling, and integration of multiple objective optimization software Isight, in order to improve the engine Power performance for main target, emission performance and economic performance goals as auxiliary reference. The work of this paper are:based on the analysis of the engine fuel characteristics, and on the engine parameters and performance are analyzed in this paper, an effective optimization method; Conclusion M15fuel engine research and use of the status quo, shows that using M15fuel engine in our country and the conditions for it have been popularized; Specialized software for M15engine used in this paper has carried on the modeling and simulation, and verify the correctness of the model; Use engine model on ignition timing and air-fuel ratio two parameters for the initial adjustment, draw two parameters influence on engine performance, makes the theoretical explanation, and the scope of variable parameter optimization; Using Isihgt software, optimize the engine dynamic performance. Verify the correctness of the optimization results of M15and engine optimization results and the performance of the gasoline engine, given the difference in theory. From the point of final optimization results, by adjusting the ignition timing and air-fuel ratio, engine can make the engine power performance increase1%~1%, achieve the original gasoline engine performance, emissions and performance and economic performance is also improved. In this paper, optimization method and the optimization results, for the use of methanol gasoline engine matching parameter adjustment provides the theoretical guidance, and has certain practical significance and reference value.
