The Research Of Control System For Rail Derusting Machine

With the rapid development of the high-speed railway and the large-scale application of the seamless line, a higher level technology on the track welding has been required. Rail derusting is an important process before rail welding, as well as, the rail derusting equipment with excellent performance is one of the key factors for ensuring the quality of the rail welding. At present, domestic rail derusting level before the welding has to be improved, several rail welding plants are still in the stage of manual derusting, or use the simple derusting facilities and produce without special equipment. There are some problems such as expensive on price and inconvenient on maintenance, if our rail derusting equipment rely on importing completely. Therefore, it is strong practical significance that development, of automatic rail derusting facilities which has the excellent performance and in line with the currently actual production.According to the quality requirement of the rail derusting, the paper gives the analysis on the technological features of rail derusting, and provides the overall design of the automatic pre-welding derusting machine in reference to domestic and foreign existing derusting equipments; Furthermore, made a electrical system design on the hardware platform which built with the Mitsubishi FX2Nseries PLC which is the control core, the variable frequency control technology and the human-machine interface technology:as well as, aiming the condition of a large plenty dust in the production, a kind of determination of para method on rail and derusting execution unit is proposed, which is accorded to the technical characteristics of laser sensor; Then, the work such as the hardware circuit of the control system and hydraulic schematic design, PLC software programming, HMI design have been completed; Moreover, the results of simulation and on-line debugging on control system and reliability experiments on the key components including the laser sensor prove that the designed automatic rail derusting machine can complete the pre-welding derusting assignment, has achieved the design goals, and provide the fundamental design schemes for the further research and application on automatic rail derusting equipments.
