Reinforcement corrosion is one of the main reasons for durability failure of concrete structures. With the development of aging, the increasing of traffic flow, the enlargement of traffic loads and the deterioration of environment, the safety evaluation and residual fatigue life prediction of concrete bridges are badly needed. The study on fatigue behavior of corroded reinforced beams is the focus in civil engineering fields. Lots of experiment research, theory analysis and numerical simulation had been done by investigators, and many study achievement had been obtained. However, the study on fatigue performance of corroded reinforcement concrete beam was few. Generally, fatigue test of reinforced concrete beams were done after the accelerated corrosion of beams. Because the accelerated corrosion is different from natural corrosion, the life prediction of aged concrete beams was insecure based on the test results of accelerated corrosion beams directly.Eight simulation natural corrosion reinforced concrete beams were designed in view of the study status and development trend. The fatigue deterioration laws of corroded RC beams were studied by theory analysis, experiment research and numerical simulation. The study results indicate that shear failure is common for the high loading level and little section size; and the fatigue life is discrete because of the complexity, the maximum and minimal stresses of corroded reinforcement embedded in concrete increase with the increasing of cycle numbers; the development of deflection has three stages:decreasing-stable-increasing, and the second stage occupies90%; there are many flexural cracks at first, finally diagonal cracks appear and dominate. Numerical simulation of RC beams was done base on the ANSYS, and the simulated results were compared with test results.
