CCHP(Combined Cooling Heat and power) is a cogeneration system that can accomplish the production of cooling, heating,and power at the same time by making use of both the electrical and waste heat discharged from gas turbine unit.In contrast to the conventional system,it has good energy utilization efficiency,energy saving and emissions reduction. Today, using natural gas as primary energy for CCHP system is the best choice to achieve building energy-saving and to efficiently utilize natural gas. However, the initial investment of equipment of CCHP system is very high. Only according to changes in external load, adjust operation scheme of system reasonably, CCHP system could show its potential advantages.This passage investigates the energy consumption of public building in Guangdong and researches on the energy feature of buildings such as office, mall and hotel. Moreover, the corresponding hourly load curve for their buildings (office building, mark and hotel) obtained. And, the characteristics of cooling, heating and power loads were studied, including the load size, variation scope, variation trend and variation synchrony.Secondly, this passage introduces the composition and key parts of CCHP system, primary analyzed the gas turbine, gas engine equipment characteristics and application characteristics. Besides, according to building load features, the system schemes are carried out. A mixed-integer nonlinear programming model with the annual total as objective was established to optimize the facilities scheme and operational strategy of cogeneration system for different building. Using the model approach to design distributed energy systems of office building, market and hotel, we could got optimal equipment configuration and operation strategy of different building types. And their technical and economical analyses are made.At last taking the hotel as the example, analyzes the influence of the energy price change on CCHP system. The result shows that, comparing with traditional divided energy supply system, CCHP system has higher energy efficiency and better environmental-economical performance. And the energy price change would significant impact on CCHP system. The reasonable energy price the development of CCHP systems.
