Urban vehicle rescue stations effective configuration and reasonable layout is a strategic decision which is relation to city traffic safety and operating efficiency. Urban vehicle rescue stations planning which notice in advance and initiative beforehand, and pay attention to timeless and passivity to happen. The purpose of research in urban vehicle rescue stations site, is to make full use of existing land resources and rational layout of vehicle rescue equipment, so as to maximize the vehicle to save the response speed and service quality, try to reduce the vehicle fault and accident consequences. The research has very important practical significance in urban traffic emergency safeguard ability of ascension.On the based theories of emergency facilities location at home and abroad, combining With actual situation and characteristics of vehicle rescue management, this paper researches the problem of vehicle rescue site location, current domestic city vehicle rescue service mode can be divided into two kinds:Auto Club Vehicle Rescue Service Mode and the Government Lead Vehicle Rescue Service Mode. According to these two kinds of operation mechanism and features of vehicle rescue service model, Connotation and commonly used in site selection of vehicle rescue sites of rescue facility location model based on the analysis, based on its efficiency, equity and backup coverage requirements, two vehicles save modes respectively, the author of this paper put forward the corresponding vehicle rescue site location decision model. To club car mode, the target of site stations, is improve the scope of vehicle rescue service. For government lead vehicle rescue service mode, the goal is improve the efficiency of vehicle rescue service, because the grading phenomena in rescue site scale and ability, this paper estimate a two layers of the rescue stations location model, lower vehicle rescue sites equipped with common rescue resources, advanced vehicle rescue site besides equipped with common resources also need to be equipped with special vehicles to save resources.Vehicle save site location selection problem involves many factors and complex, including economic factors, efficiency, fair and environmental factors, such as the location selection problem, this paper proposes a method combining qualitative and quantitative evaluating method, determine the weight of each evaluation factor, to determine the optimal solution. Through the case analysis, proved the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.
