Energy consumption of air-conditioning equipment accounted for the proportion of total building energy consumption has increased year by year, many scholars and engineers focus on its energy-saving control and optimized management. As a multi-input and multi-output system, air-conditioning system has the characteristic of time-varying, nonlinear and large hysteresis, so its control process is complex, a single control method is difficult to meet the requirements of the control performance.In this paper, building automation and network energy management technology were integrated to meet the air conditioning cooling load rigid demand, and then multi-optimization control strategy were carried out. The achievements are as follows:(1) Mathematical models of air conditioning unit water valve, cooler, air-conditioned room cooling load were set up according to knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics. And then air-conditioning control system simulation platform was created for the subsequent energy-saving control strategy experiments.(2) To address the PID parameter tuning problem, inspired by the swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, a tuning method of PID parameters based on particle swarm algorithm is proposed. To find an optimal set of PID control parameters in the target space, three parameters of the PID are as particles based on the fitness function. By designing optimization programs, air-conditioning temperature control system experiments were carried out as an example. The results show that the optimization can improve the dynamic control performance of the system.(3) A network based on open OPC interface methods of data exchange between the intelligent algorithm and configuration software was developed, technical barriers to break the original LonWorks control network to solve the engineering control PID parameters online optimization demands.(4) According energy-saving control renovation project, this article analyzed the structure and operating of the original air-conditioning equipment on the basis of developed a transformation plan, and then air conditioning energy monitoring and management system was set up, energy-saving summer condition to achieve the goal of15.8%.
