| Study on damage of steel structure of tower crane is an important part of tower crane safety, the research of connecting bolts loosen is a typical representative of the steel structure damage.Because tower cranes have a complex structure and working environment, the testing personnel can only determine the location of the injury. The researchers can only study theory, and the methods is difficult to apply to practical engineering. Therefore, how to build the simulation model of the tower crane, analog the situation of loosing parts before and after the change is important. How to determine whether the bolts loose and determine the position of loosing bolts is the research focus of tower crane steel structure damage.In this paper, we establish finite element simulation model through the structure parameters and status parameters of QTZ40,and verify the modeling by the stress of the various parts of the actual.Then we establish finite Dynamic simulation model through the structure parameters and status parameters,and verify the modeling by element simulation mode.We summarizes the trajectory and characteristics of the top of the tower in the state of bolts loosen, and obtain the correspondence relationship between the loose position and the trajectory of the top of the tower.In order to verify the effectiveness of the trajectory characteristics,we have established a physical experiment platform by Structural parameters and status parameters.The correspondence relationship of the detection point position has been described by the coordinates of the correspondence relationship and the detection means detecting principle. We verify the trajectory and characteristics of the top of tower in the state of bolts loosen,and get the correspondence relationship between the loose position and the trajectory by the Physics experiment station.Firstly, the article propose a simulation method for the single limb damage of rectangular section. And the simulation method has been verified by Physical model. The simulation method laid the foundation for the tower crane tower bolts loosen.Secondly, the article create a dynamic simulation model of the tower crane. By the model, we simulated the bolt loosened initial state. The article summarizes the trajectory and characteristics of the top of the tower in the state of bolts loosen, and obtain the correspondence relationship between the loose position and the trajectory of the top of the tower. In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results, the article create a physical experiment. We verify the trajectory and characteristics of the top of tower in the state of bolts loosen,and get the correspondence relationship between the loose position and the trajectory. |
