On the Ship’s Safety Supporting System, diesel-electric emergency set and staticinverter Power Supply are one of the necessary emergency equipments in shipbuildingindustry. This essay is based on the standby storage battery of24V for general condition inthe vessel, aimed at providing two inverter system for those ships which have little ormuch standby storage battery: we can use the dual module structure of step-up withinverted circuit and get a emergency AC source through the static single inverter PowerSupply. All design targeted the Modularization.The inverter power’s working model conversion from hard-switch PWM Model tofrequency conversion Quasi-resonant Model by phase-shift resonance PWM model,putting LC resonance into PWM inverter is the best way to raise efficiency of the inverterpower supply currently. This essay is giving a new working model and a circuit structurebased on combination with hysteresis loop resonant circuit and the resonant technique ofhysteresis loop Quasi-resonant that according to the characteristic of Sine-inverter PowerCircuit Using Bridge Type, to change the duty cycle voltage regulating type to timedistribution of level voltage regulating type, and with parallel resonance network, fixedfrequency of switch to avoid the inconvenience caused by the change of frequency. For theinverter consist of three-phase Inverter Bridge, we also adopt the time distribution of levelvoltage regulating type by the half-bridge branch for a unit with the parallel resonance net,it realizes the working type which can regulate voltage and reduce the switch loss. And wedesign a PWM Control Circuit structure based on this. The working efficiency of step upcircuit more then83%. The working efficiency of inverter circuit more then89%.Moreover, as a integrity design, includes other small circuit structure ofindependent innovation, such as direct overcurrent protection circuit, Prevent current surgecircuit, touch-mode switched circuits and so on.This new scheme raises the efficiency of inverter circuit to some extend, and alsohave great reduce for electromagnetic disturbance of the inverter power. It adds a newtechnology for raising out put power and improve EMI indexes of inverter. Thesingle-phase inverting and three-phase inverting are the same processing technology. It hasa good effect for producing.
