It’s the main task of mechanisms to innovatively complete mechanism designs. The primary consideration of innovation design of mechanisms is the creative design of mechanism schemes. Regeneration design is a recreation process based on the analysis of existing mechanisms. It provides a way of creative design of mechanism schemes. The key of regeneration design is the type synthesis of mechanisms. The synthesis of kinematic chains provides a theoretical basis to the type synthesis of mechanisms. Therefore, creative design of mechanism schemes based on regeneration design using the theory of the synthesis of kinematic chains is feasible and significative. Optimization of mechanisms is part of the innovation design of mechanism schemes. Introduce of modern optimization method is necessary.As one of the most important construction machineries, loaders are widely used in the modern construction. In the past, the design of the working mechanism of loaders largely depends on the designers’experience. The study of working mechanism still has potential.Due to the above facts, following jobs are finished.Firstly, the performance indexes and design requirements are analyzed in this article. The topological requirements are summarized through the analysis of typical6-pole and8-pole working mechanisms. Then, using the theory of the synthesis of kinematic chains,6-pole and8-pole working mechanisms are synthesized based on the thought of regeneration design. According to the performance indexes and design requirements, some better schemes are selected as alternative schemes.Secondly, focusing on the working mechanism’s power performance, a model is established based on an8-pole working mechanism. In this model, maximum force delivering is targeted as objective function, other indexes and design requirements are determined as constraints.Finally, the mathematical model is solved based on the GA integrated in the MATLAB optimization tool. A better scheme is obtained. The result shows that the mathematical modeling and optimization algorithm are feasible.In this paper, the regeneration design method and optimization thought of working mechanism’s design is versatile and can be extended to other mechanisms’innovation design. The establishment of mathematical model and solution is also generally, it provides a reference for the design of working mechanism of other types. |
