It developed rapidly in Chinese Automotive industry and now there is a explosively increase in the industry. And there will be a great development space for the DC-motor because the car production is mounting up very quickly. Now, DC-motor gets urgently demand because it acted as one of the most important part in the car. It could be assembled over thirty motors in one luxury car. Today we want the motor more weightless, more exactitude and better noise to make the car more energy-saving. The article will introduce one concept on the "design and implementation of the Control system for the Car-used BLDC Motor". It could show the huge advantage that the software will implement in "phase change" of BLDC motor. And the software will enable some additional function in BLDC motor what could never be worked in traditional brush motor.Firstly, I introduced the characteristic and development history for the BLDC motor, show the currently research status in BLDC motor.Secondly, it made the simply introducing on the structure and basic theory of BLDC motor, compared some different armature-winding concept in the motor.The third part of article, it show the design concept of the "single chip"-control-system.The forth part was the most important part of the article. I described the software of the control-system in detail. And it showed the system testing for the software. Through the research in the article, it made the design and implement for the control-system of BLDC motor successfully. And the detailed test proved the good reliability of the system. Then it achieved the goals.
