Times New Roman. Many engineering problems, such as river basin planning, channel evolution, construction of hydraulic structures, need to take into account river flow. Therefore, to research the river flow has an important significance.This article used the HydroInfo Hydraulic Information System to establish an accurate and practical three-dimensional flow model. The model has used the characteristic of the pressure boundary conditions on the free surface and considers the effect of the non-hydrostatic pressure. The calculated grid has used unstructured grid system. And the model guarantees the calculation accuracy and discusses the treatment of the key issues in the simulation process. And according to the actual situation, this model takes more reasonable parameters to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of the model.This article established a three-dimensional dam-break model and Douhudi three-dimensional flow model. Through compared the calculated results such as velocity and water depth of the model with the measured results, the three-dimensional model, based on Hydroinfo Hydraulic Information System, can well reflect the characteristics of three-dimensional flow.This article use the three-dimensional model into Liajiapu reach of Yangtze River. At first, use the measured data to determine the model parameters and verify the model. By compare the measured data and calculated data, the good consistent results evidence the reasonable and reliable of the model parameters determination;Secondly, this model has displayed the depth velocity distribution, partial flow horizontal and vertical velocity distribution and the entire basin along the water level in the process of change about the three-dimensional basin water by analyzing flow of reach with beach protection works. Besides, it also supports for the design and optimization of engineering solutions and has an important significance of three-dimensional analysis of the flow structure basis and riverbed evolution.
