Since the reform and opening-up policy, and the rapid development of ournational economy, it greatly drive the pace of construction. A lot of high-risebuildings, highways, long-span Bridges, ports, terminals and a large number ofengineering infrastructure, all these use pile foundation. Compared with other type ofpile, the prestressed concrete pipe pile has advantages such as simple process, reliablequality of pile body, and the units bearing capacity low cost and convenientconstruction monitoring. Therefore, over the past decades, the prestressed concretepipe pile at an alarming rate in our production application development, and alsomade important contributions to China’s economic construction.Prestressed concrete pipe pile’s application has large field. And its meets a lot ofproblems in the engineering design and construction This paper focuses on the studyof religion in Changchun, we will discuss pipe pile’s application in Changchun.First of all, the paper to makes a simple introduction about Changchun, from theaspect in natural geography, regional climate, hydrology and geology, and then wecollects geotechnical engineering investigation data, and combined with the results ofprevious studies in recent years, we depart the Changchun geomorphic unit partitionin details, and general analysis the summary from each area within the field of drillingdata, consolidated soil physical and mechanical properties similar, summed up thedistrict has typical significance in the soil profile, and analyzed the applicability ofthe pipe pile.Secondly, it analyzes the vertical bearing capacity on transmission mechanism ofthe prestressed concrete pipe pile construction process and the theory of load transferanalysis method; To discuss the relationship between the end of the ultimate bearingcapacity jacked pile pressure value,it has a certain significance test pile on-siteconstruction; Of pipe pile in construction process prone to compaction effect, soilplug effect, time effect, mudstone softening effect and other effects to do analysis andevaluation, discuss its influence on the bearing capacity of single pile; According tothe pipe pile in Changchun region normative analysis, and a method for determiningthe bearing capacity of single pile in pile foundation design and construction of howto estimate the single pile bearing capacity in offers a sufficient theoretical basis. Finally we quote Changchun’s engineering as an typical example, if we willuse the pile type, we may adopts bearing capacity of pile type from the aspects ofanalysis and evaluation of economic benefits, construction period and so on, to proveprestressed concrete pipe pile’ s advantages and rationality; When using theprestressed concrete pipe pile foundation schemes as analysis, and how do youdetermine the pile end bearing and the bearing capacity of single pile; Discussing theproblems in pipe pile foundation in construction process and processing measures,then to Changchun special stratum situation, we put forward several kinds offoundation construction of pile foundation form for Changchun area.
