| To optimize the thermal system, electric induced draft fan will be replaced by steam-driven induced draft fan, which can reduce the power consumption rate and also increase the capacity of the induced draft fan. It made it possible to merger desulphurization booster fan and induced draft fan. In this article, it was the focus to develop a set of induced draft fan with electric pump into steam pump which is reasonable, safe, reliable and economical.Considering the characteristics of660MW unit and1000MW unit, we conducted a feasibility analysis for each plan and discussed the impact of the different start-up mode of the unit, compared with the motor drive plan, made a technical and economical analysis. We are sure about that Plan One and Plan Two are the best plans which have a better economy, mature technology and reliable operation.It makes the power plants supply more electric energy and get more profit.The results show that there are mang good aspects after the plan was accepted.The steam driven induced fans mode can avoid the start-up problems caused by the large capacity fans and lower the power consumpition rate of station service.Based on the structure and operational characteristics of the two units and the results of the economical and technical analysis, when the660MW unit takes the best solution, the power consumption rate can be reduced by about0.85%, increasing the initial investment of about34million yuan. According to the current grid scheduling, the initial investment can be paid back in5.5years. When the1000MW unit takes the best solution, the power consumption rate can be reduced by about1.1%, increasing the initial investment of about5500to5800million yuan, the initial investment can be returned in3.5years. |
