| At present, meter reading, meter control and meter information management are mainly done manually on the heat pipe network in the mainland. In this way, there are some disadvantages which need be improved:heavy workload, high labor intensity, low efficiency. So there is a necessity to design a heat-pipe-network terminal-user management system of high automation and information which can read meter accurately and implement the automatic control and information management of heat meters. This is of great value to improve the work efficiency and economic benefits.In order to solve the problem above, we designed a heat-pipe-network terminal-user management system that makes the heat meters in the housing district as management objects and implemented it. Then in the different housing district, we can select a communication technology module corresponding to the communication physical layer (one of RS485, MBUS, Infrared and ANT usually) of the housing district in order to to achieve the automatic control and information management of heat meters. The main contents are as follows:1. After deeply understanding the People’s Republic of China Urban Construction Industry Standards CJ/T188-2004《Household Measurement Meters Data Transmission Technology Requirements》, we designed the heat-pipe-network terminal-user management system module based on the bus or wireless with serial communication technology and database technology under the development platform of Microsoft Visual Studio6.0. And the system can be applied in the housing district with different physical layer protocols and meet the management needs of the different district.2. For ANT communication protocol, we designed the heat-pipe-network terminal-user management system module based on ANT. And the researches and designs mainly include network topology design, communication protocols design, database design, wireless nodes location information management, manual network establishment and so on. Then on this basis, the management system introduces the binary-tree structure, proposes an automatic network-establishment method based on the location information of the wireless nodes and implements the method.3. In order to solve the problem on energy consumption and life cycle of ANT wireless network above, we analyze network model, energy model and the basic algorithm idea of the LEACH clustering routing protocol after understanding the characteristics of the wireless sensor network routing protocols. Then on the basis of the LEACH protocol, we proposed an improved binary-tree routing protocol based on LEACH protocol and validated its superiority of being compared with LEACH protocol with the MATLAB simulation tool. And finally we explored the application of the improved protocol in the heat-pipe-network terminal-user management system.At the end, some further research is proposed for improving the management system. |
