| The thesis has designed a structure of a thermal radiation gauge and introduced workingprinciple of the gauge. Firstly, considering nonlinear of thermal conductivity with temperature,this thesis established equations of the heat conduction under the cylindrical coordinates,analysed the thermal process of sensitive elements, gained relation equation betweentemperature difference and incident thermal radiation. Secondly, according to the probestructure, the relationship between the temperature difference of sensitive elements and theformula of the thermal radiation gauge’s output signal have been obtained. So the relationshipof thermal potential and the measured thermal radiation have been built. Finally，in order toguiding the design and production of thermal radiation gauge, radiative heat flux of thermalradiation gauge’surface caused by changing size of the sensitive element.Constantan and chrome-nickel material used as Thermocouple poles and stainless steelused as stand and sleeve of circular foil thermal radiation gauge. The method of welding usedresistance spot weld. Production of circular foil thermal radiation gauge was achieved.Calibration laboratory equipments of circular foil thermal radiation gauge wereintroducted. According to weakness and low frequency of heat flow signal, a set of signalacquisition system was designed. The system realized the filter and amplification of the gaugeoutput, collected the output by using acquisition card, sampling frequency can be adjustedwith software, sampling value of the system was obtained. Calibration equipment useblackbody furnace of CI company, emit quantitative radiative heat flux.Calibration and dynamic response test have worked with calibrators equipment. linearrelationship between thermal radiation and thermal emf can be worked by two calibrationexperiments. Calibration data of circular foil thermal radiation gauge is good linearity in therange of5~140kW/m2. Circular foil thermal radiation gauge can work well. |
