Abstract/Summary:
The motor temperature rise will seriously affect the motor operation reliability andlongevity. The test of each part of motor temperature has been turned into an importantindex of the motor running design performance. In order to check whether the kinds offeatures of the machine is qualified and whether the motor can guarantee the each partof running motor temperature. This thesis uses new type of fiber bragg grating sensorfor motor temperature measurements. This thesis revolves around the fiber bragggrating system to research motor temperature measuring system.The thesis research content make an arrangement according to the followingsteps,Fiber Bragg grating theory analysis.According to a great quantity information,the thesis introduces measuring motor temperature project background and significance,and analyses the research status of fiber bragg grating sensors, and explains fiber bragggrating development advantage. This thesis describe and summarize the fiber gratingsensing technology and according to the research of fiber bragg grating theory, weunderstand that the change of temperature and pressure can influence fiber bragggrating central wavelength. Then we establish fiber bragg grating temperature system.The design of fiber bragg grating signal demodulation system is a important part ofoptical fiber processing signal. This design influence the motor temperature’s veracityand conveniences directly. In this thesis, we discuss about the method and there arethree broad categories typically wavelength move demodulation technology: based onWDM technology wavelength demodulation, based on time-division multiplexingtechnology wavelength demodulation, based on WDM and wavelength demoduMotorsimulation modeling and simulation of design research.Lation of air separation of reuse of old technology.In this thesis, we introduceGambit and Fluent software, and we detailedly explain the simulation model of themachine, mathematical model and the settings of the simulation conditions. This thesisprovides the temperature field simulation diagram of the machine.Experimental comparison.In experiment, firstly select fiber bragg gratingtemperature, then according to the fiber bragg grating temperature design measure temperature of the motor system. According to the simulation and real temperature ofthe motor, we made four groups experiment.
