As the contradiction between the consumption of fossil energy and the highlightenvironment gradually, people started to look for new clean and renewable alternativeenergy sources, and give chances for the developing of the wind power generation, inrecent years it has achieved rapid development. Particularly large wind turbine isdeveloping more quickly, and has become important tools for national adjustment ofenergy structure in the world. However as the wind turbines rated power grows, its windwheel sweep area will increase, and it also brought a lot of negative effects, such as windshear caused by the additional load increases, this class loads affect the life of wind turbinegenerator. Independent pitch technologies can be effective reducing this harmful loads,based on the synchronous pitch technology, separately to add each paddle control signalssuperimposed independent, compensate the uneven loads caused by wind shear.In this paper,the3MW pitch doubly-fed variable speed constant frequency windgenerating set was used by independent pitch control system simulation and experimentalstudies. First of all, wind resources, integrated variable pitch wind turbines andmathematical model of independent variable pitch wind turbine generator was built byMatlab; Secondly, a wind turbine pitch control system hils platform-independent wasdesigned to test the independent pitch control strategy; Thirdly, the independent pitchcontrol system was extends designed based on the variable propeller pitch control system.In this paper, by using the control strategy for wind turbine power output stable, methodsof azimuth based on weights assigned to sole control of the blade, and balance the3bladeforce, also leaves loads of negative feedback control method, making the3blade stressmore evenly, thus reducing wind flap wheel vibration, and reducing wind turbine loads.By comparing the simulation results, we can concluded that this design ofindependent pitch control system hils platform can simulate the variable pitch wind turbinesystem and independent process accurately, by using independent pitch control strategysimulation, we can effectively improve the performance of the corresponding control strategies and algorithms, and help the wind turbines by reducing wind shear caused bynon-uniform loading.
