| Recently Miniature hydraulic power generation technology is developing very fastand being valued a lot, especially in some areas which are faraway and rich in waterresources. There is a normal speed regulating system, it uses mechanism to adjust guidevane angle and then to control the water-carrying capacity, but it is always affected by theproblems of cost, later maintenance and maintenance, which make its development andpromotion greatly limited.With the development of electronic technology, some high performance, highreliability and cheap electronic load regulator has appeared, this kind of regulator has avery good development prospect, because it could overcome small power system capacitywhich is caused by unit operation, and also could overcome the problem of weakanti-interference ability. Above all, this thesis designs a electronic load control device thatcan be used in many ways chance. The content is as below:(1) This thesis introduce the knowledge which is related to the small hydro powersystem topology structure and Electronic unloading, and bring proposed some Smallhydropower system structure, like synchronous generator, Automatic voltage controlsystem, Automatic parallel in device and unloading device.(2) Based on topological structure and performance of the selected small hydropowersystem, and depending on the actual operation situation of the generator set, especially thecomplicated problem that may happen when many machines are operating at the same time,this thesis proposed a controlling method that uses frequency and current to double loopcontrol.(3) Based on using DSP as master control chip, this thesis did a hardware circuitdesign to the load controller, mainly analyze the frequency measuring circuit, simulationdata acquisition module, switch input and output module, communication module, andIGBT drive circuit design, and designed the basic software.(4) Based on single use of the PID control algorithm operation’s result, this thesisfirstly bring in the fuzzy control in the inner ring of the double loop control, then use the error signal of the frequency and the error rate as the input variable, finally useMatlab/Simulink to simulate the single operation and double machine operation ofminiature hydraulic power system under the fuzzy control. This thesis compared thismethod with the traditional PID, the simulation result shows that fuzzy control has a verygood control performance and could guarantee the system effective operation. |
