In energy increasingly exhausted today, energy saving problem more and more attention by people, building exterior aspects mainly embodied in energy consumption, therefore the development research high wall insulation technology and good thermal insulation energy-saving materials become the main method of energy-saving building. China has gradually in building energy elevated to an unprecedented height, the government also releasing some laws and special policies to promote files the development of energy-saving building, the rigid polyurethane foam plastics popularizing and applying can achieve better building energy saving this view is people recognised. In the external wall thermal insulation system currently used in the insulation materials used are common in EPS (EPS) and extruded polystyrene plate (XPS) primarily. EPS to get publicity is needed at the national, it would cost far less than other insulating materials and insulation performance can achieve certain requirements. But EPS energy saving effect only can meet the requirements of building energy-saving50%, and it has not easy decomposition shortcomings. This will force a new wall thermal insulation material to replace, polyurethane due to low thermal conductivity, in the background of energy conservation and emissions reduction was highly focused, became a widely used building insulation materials.General of the rigid polyurethane foam plastics are using the hydrocarbons (low boiling point CFCS) as its foaming foaming agent, and in recent years were such compounds were found to be the culprit behind the ozone layer, so instead of the use of such foaming agent, convert entire water foaming has gradually get the favour of people. However the rigid polyurethane failed to get the extensive expansion but also because of its production value is quite high, now people have also begun to and research to polyurethane add cheap fiber packing, in improving its physical properties and can not damage its good thermal insulating properties and can greatly reduce the cost. This paper expounded the entire water from mechanism and the advantages and disadvantages of foaming technology. Through to the rigid polyurethane foam plastics preparation principle and method of the research, the foam process is optimized, the conclusion of the best formula. Analysis of the straw RPUF thermal stability, and the influence of dual league agent and straw mechanism is discussed deeply.Straw reinforced rigid polyurethane is experienced first increases, then decreases process, the best straw fibre for adding amount of6%MDI, silane coupling agent for the best additives1%of water. After KH-550surface treatment of straw, due to the addition of silane coupling agent and pu straw fibre matrix formed and more stable stable chemical bonds and straw fibre to the enhancement effect is significantly higher than not enhance straw fibre matrix.Also the paper straw fibre damage mechanism of polyurethane foaming plastics. Conclusion the straw fibre reinforced plastic foam because straw fibre to join, make hole wall of compressive performance enhancement, thereby improving the straw fibre polyurethane foam plastics compression strength.
