Artillery servo test system is a subsystem of the whole artillery servo system. Servo system is also called servomechanism which the output signal follows the input signal with a certain accuracy. Good servo must be able to achieve the objective of fast tracking and accurate positioning. Artillery servo test system is a system which will test it has achieved the predetermined target, its agility and response speed has a direct effect on the gun aiming accuracy and shooting, so it is widely used in military field. Aiming at the low measurement precision, the unstable cycle and the delay problems in the process of the artillery servo system test, design a kind of artillery servo test system which based on CAN bus.Based on a variety of plan argumentations, this design uses the WINCE+ARM9+C8051to constitute a system platform. It mainly consists of two parts:artillery servo tester hardware design and software design. System hardware design mainly includes minimum system circuit, power supply circuit, NANDFLASH storage circuit, CAN communication interface circuit, LVDS(Low-Voltage Differential Signaling) liquid crystal display screen circuit, etc. Software design part mainly expounds the CAN communication protocol and the calculation method of a timer. The design of sine machine function is the production of positioning, calibration, sine, reciprocating, constant speed signal. Test function design is to accept signals that servo system returns after doing the corresponding movement, and it has data storage and derived data functions. Finally, analyzing the result by testing software and hardware.Preliminary validation, the artillery servo system tester can meet the design requirements, and it can realize sine wave machine function and test function; and it realize the real-time signal transmission, display function and data storage function, convenience for later data processing, achieves the purpose of the design. This system not only has the characteristics of portable, low power, but also has good stability, high precision, simple operation, no artificial training, it can be very good to adapt to the particularity of the battlefield. Special designed aluminum alloy casing and custom lithium battery endurance capacity is14hours, compareding with general notebook it is more suitable for environment bad field operation.
