Some studies show that the addition of nano inorganic metal oxideparticles can give some special properties of polymer materials. Thenanometer material is introduced into the insulating material is one ofthe important issues,such as ascending breakdown, inhibit space charge,inhibit the growth of electrical tree. The electrical tree is the main formof cable insulation electricity damage. The electrical tree once appear incable insulation means that the service life of the cable termination. Sothe nanometer material has the significant characteristic of the electricbranch of industrial application and scientific research value.Dissertation improve electrolyte concentration and electrolysiscurrent during preparation tungsten needle electrode, reduce the pressureduring specimen preparation, improve the efficiency of tungsten needlepreparation and ensure the integrity rate of the samples preparation.Select low density polyethylene(LDPE) which used to High voltagecables insulation, as the medium of the Nanocomposites matrixmaterials, metal oxide MgO and SiO2Nan particles as additives, makenano inorganic metal inorganic/LDPE composite medium, mediumresistance of composite study electric branch performance.Dissertation study the electrical tree growth character of nano-SiO2/LDPE, nano-MgO/LDPE composite medium and LDPE in differentelectric field respectively. Trying to find the relationship between theinhibit ability of electrical tree of Nano medium and the voltage.Solution methods, ultrasonic oscillations melting blend method、banbury melting blend method and mill melting blend method are use forpreparing nano-MgO/LDPE composite medium. Through the medium ofthe composite electrical tree characteristics to find good nano- MgO/LDPE composite medium preparation process.Will the preparation of nano-MgO/LDPE composite medium wereplaced in dry environment and air a period of time, and then study theelectrical tree growth characteristic.Dissertation use electric double layer to analyses the mechanism ofnanoparticles add material electric tree resistance ability.
