Fight material maintenance support is an organic system that is complex, and needs thesimultaneous operation of professionals and the human-machine system.Thus, scientific andrational maintenance support has a great influential impact on combat capacity of the combataircrafts. To achieve the optimal supporting benefits, supporting operations are not onlycarried out meeting the requirement of aviation equipment but also require the reasonableconfiguration of limited supporting resources. Therefore it is a project of great importance andpractical value to reasonably arrange supporting operation procedures before aircrafts’ takingoff, ensure the procedures can be done efficiently, and enhance the utilization rate ofsupporting resources. In order to shorten support time and increase utilization rate ofsupporting facilities, the schedule of the supporting procedures of shipboard aircrafts settingout is optimized on the basis of the characteristics of ship-deck support of one-stationshipboard aircrafts, after analyzing the state quo of overseas supporting technologies ofshipboard aircrafts and shipboard supporting modes.In this paper, the process of shipboard aircrafts setting out in terms of shipboard aircraftssupporting problems is divided into two phrases. In the first one, allocate the flock ofshipboard aircrafts into supporting stations to get them supported so as to increase theutilization ratio of each support station and reduce the amount of supporting time. In the otherone, analyze the supporting operations on each shipboard aircraft in every supporting stationincluding refueling, oxygen-inflating,charging and loading ammunitions. The grid resourcescheduling problems are applied in the supporting operation process planning system and loadbalancing issues are analyzed after the concept of load is introduced and the resource queuelength is used as the load index. In this paper, a grid scheduling algorithm used to balancetasks with high efficiency is put forward, which can balance the tasks between the maximalload stations and the minimal load stations to make sure that the assignment of the overallsupporting tasks is in balance. The operation process of one-station aircrafts in each station isapproximately considered as traditional open workshop scheduling issues, on which basis thedescription of traditional open workshop scheduling issues is done and then the0-1integerprogramming model of the issues is established. Typical supporting operation process is optimized using the improved general particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally, the software about shipboard aircrafts operation process planning is finished onthe basis of above analysis and research.
