With increasing of the grid-connected capacity of distributed generation, the access of the distributed generation has a great influence on the distribution network. The reasonable allocation of the grid-connected distributed generation can effectively improve the voltage level of the distribution network, reduce network losses and the security, reliability and economy of power grid can be enhanced.This paper deals with issues of the optimal allocation of connecting photovoltaic into the microgrid. Network loss increment ratio analysis was studied and the bi-objective function optimization model was established, both to achieve the optimization of locating and sizing of the grid-connected photovoltaic. Sensitivity analysis and the derivation of the voltage-reactive power increment expression was conducted, both to achieve the optimization of coordination between the grid-connected photovoltaic and the power quality regulating device. An optimal allocation approach concerning the energy storage device in microgrid was proposed, which adopted the load-following algorithm and comprehensively considered the maximum acceptable capacity of microgrid and the hourly peak shaving demand.Simulation samples and computational analysis demonstrated the correctness and availability of the method proposed. The study of the the optimal allocation of the power quality regulating device, the energy storage device and the grid-connected photovoltaic has a certain theoretical reference value in practical engineering.
