| The excitation device of simulation is an important simulation device of the dynamic simulation in the power system,to simulate excitation system of synchronous generator in power system. The excitation device of simulation was been controned by using PLC or microcontroller in the past.It is a larger gap with the current generating of the power system by DSP control. DSP devices have higher levels of integration, faster CPU, larger memory capacity, high-speed data processing capabilities,better than the current analog excitation devices by suing microcontroller or PLC in stability, reliability and precision. In order to simulate the advanced excitation system of simulation. This article desiges the excitation device of new micro-computer simulation by using TMS320F2812DSP as a control chip. The main research work includes the designing of main circuit, operating circuit, control circuit and hardware circuit, producing and testing of circuit board. Through the systematic summarization of research work, the main contents are introduced as follows:Unified the massive literature material, mastered the research and applitation of the excitation system at home and abroad,introduced the meaning of the excitation device of new micro-computer simulation based on DSP chip,with the development of the current excitation device of micro-computer simulation.Analyzed the basic principles of the excitation device of micro-computer simulation about main circuit and operating circuit, choose and calculated device type for3-phases full controlled SCR, RC protection circuit and regulator.Designed the hardware of the excitation regulator of micro-computer simulation including the core control panelb of DSP, the board of signal sampling circuit, power board, pulse amplifier board, rectifier circuit board,51panel, relay panel, bus board. Achieved the serial and parallel conversion of the LCD screen between the DSP and the51MCU; Achieved the reliable and accurate long-range communication based on RS-485,With the Current Study of negative resistance, designed the electronic negative resistance device based on GTR module, described the hardware circuit diagram in detail, described the method of zero and setting about the device of negative resistance.Debuged the hardware circuit board on the excitation regulator and negative resistance, showed the test waveform and the data,analyzed and summaried the hardware changes during the commissioning of the hardware circuit; Summaried the design errors, electromagnetic compatibility design and welding with the experience in the production of circuit boards.Debuged the device with the overall software, testing results showed the high automation degree of the device. it could effectively achieve the simulation and regulation of the reactive power control. The main technical performance index meeted the requirements of the design and the dynamic simulation of power system. |
