Today, the traditional dye energy increasingly exhausted, photovoltaic power generationtechnology with its incomparable advantages, has been attention and development at home andabroad. Soft switch technology development reducing the converter weight and improve itsefficiency. Combining the above two kinds of technology, it has carried detail analysis and designon phase-shift full-brideg converter in photovoltaic power generation system in this paper.To ensure pv array always have the Maximum power output, it has simply introduced severalkinds of MPPT method, analysis and comparision the Buck and the Boost circuit, given a Boostcontrol block diagram which used to realize the MPPT in this paper. Because the ZVS and ZCSconverter existing inherent defect, we select ZVZCS converter which lag brideg arm in series diodeas main structure, and we detail discusses its working principle, working process and compinentsdesign.In this paper, the phase-shift full-bridge ZVZCS converter has a small modeling and analysis,on the basis of it, we design the feedback loop of dual closed-loop with a current-loop and avoltage-loop based on the instantaneous feedback control mode, and we design a control systemwith chip UC3875. In this way, it not only can greatly reduce cycle energy of circuit internal, canreduce the cycle lost of the vice edge, and its soft switch is not affected by the voltage and loadinfluence, but also the system has a fast dynamic response and stable performance. Finally, thepaper gives the simulation analysis by the Saber Simulation Software, the simulation results verifythe correctness and feasibility of the system, and in the high-power occasion also have importantpractical reference value.
