The flight control system is one of the important applications in the field of control system. The rolling missile has the strong nonlinear coupling dynamics mode, having brought difficulties for the design of flight control system. This research adopted the control theory of flexible variable structure based on variable saturated state, and researched the design of the flight control system of spin-guided projectile.To cross rudder control, the corresponding rudder deflection angle conversion was completed. Roll missile’dynamics mathematical model of six degrees of freedom was set up, and the linearization of the processing was completed,basing on the "small perturbation" hypothesis. Then the simplified mathematical model of rolling missile was derived and simulated.By analysis the rolling missile body’s dynamic characteristics,Designed rolling missile overload controller which based PID control method which by Proportional band controller parameter tuning,and made a simulation. The rise time is about0.21s, overshoot about9.43%. The simulation results show that the design of PID controller can achieve rapid response instruction.The capability of anti-jamming which meet the requirements of the system designThe quasi sliding mode variable structure controller design method, and carries on the simulation. Introduce soft variable structure, analyzes the soft variable structure with saturated soft variable structure control theory algorithm, control strategy and parameter calculation. Through the analysis and simulation show that soft variable structure controls with variable saturation quick response and eliminate chattering characteristics.Build equation of state of a rolling missile to overload.Designed normal overload autopilot which based on soft variable structure controls with variable saturation, and analysis by simulation.Simulation results show that advantage of soft variable structure controls with variable saturation is steady precision and fast response.
