This paper takes full advantage of Mathematical Modeling and simulation technology, has systematically research the relevant issues of DC-DC Converter with Large Conversion Ratios.Firstly, design full-bridge transformer with high frequency accurately, and each detail of transformer are designed with the theory and software simulation, and verify the rationality of thes elected parameters by using Monte Carlo simulation.According to the two different operation mod e of the Buck circuit in a wide range DC/DC converter, I established adaptive inverse footwork c ontrol model and the classical PIDcontrol model, and then the simulation analysis is carried out, a nd proved the practicability of control.Secondly, the research of full-bridge transformer with high frequency, that about on-line detection and control technology research of bias magnetism. According to the weakness of full-bridge converter’s bias magnetism detection and control plan, I have proposed a method of bias magnetism’s on-line detection with additional coil. In order to prove the feasibility of the scheme, build the simulation model of SABER, detection the input/output characteristics, obtain the time domain of control signal’s waveform. Meanwhile, analyzing how the soft switching affects to control bias magnetism through systematic simulation.Thirdly, bifurcation chaos phenomena and the corresponding control strategy research. By us ing Matlab Simulink to observe the bifurcation chaos phenomenon of nonlinear, impact factors det ermine its.I set up the control platform through the different function modules of it, and then test whether eliminate bifurcation chaos.
