As the future development direction of automotive technology, electric vehicle technology can not only solve the energy crisis that has been prominent, but be consistent with the concept of energy saving and environmental protection, so the whole world are stepping up the electric vehicle research. Charging facilities is the basis of the development of electric vehicles, and it is a significant issue to plan the distribution grid with the electric vehicles.In this paper, firstly the characteristics of electric vehicle load was analyzed detailed, the orderly charging of electric vehicle strategy was proposed, to simplify the electric vehicle load and strengthen the role of electric vehicles, so that electric vehicles could achieve the purpose of load shifting. Secondly, based on the ordered electric vehicle charging strategy load substation planning distribution network of electric vehicles and grid programming model and distribution network Solver less than traditional particle swarm optimization, improving particle swarm optimization, for a particular instance of a numerical example, the results show that the constructed model can better reflect the impact of electric vehicle load on distribution network planning, distribution network planning problem are solved with the load of electric vehicles, and improving the content of the distribution network planning.
