| To ensure the power plant unit operates safely and economically, the coordinated control system is necessary. A lot of the advanced algorithms were used in optimizing parameters of DCS, and to obtain a better control quality. With the multi-objective optimization problems are paid more and more attention in every fields, it also has a bright sight in the coordinated control system.This article uses genetic algorithms to optimize pressure set point of coal-fired unit coordinated control system, which is under the condition of stream operation in turbine order valve. And put forward a method can be common used in establishing the model of coordinated control system, which is used for solving the optimal solution. And then establish a non-liner mathematical model, which is according to the system mechanism of a300MW coal-fired unit under75%load, and then transform the model to static model and inverse static model, which are the basic models of optimization. Further more, proposed an iterative method of solving the control variables of the control domain, which can be used for the initial range of the population. This article contains three optimization goals:following the load instruction, reducing the throttling losses of turbine high-pressure main steam valve and reducing the amount of fuel. Finally, using the established MOGA program to solve the pressure set points and the variables set points, which are based on the mathematical model. Then program a daily operate condition of a300MW unit, and obtain the change of pressure set points. Then give the pressure set points and the variables set points condition in different power. |
