The continuous development of city makes central heating technology to keep improving, this situation achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection,but it also increases the complexity of transport about the material, energy in city. In this paper the research object is the design and analysis for directly-buried heating network, which have many applications in the pipeline engineering in city. This paper focused analyzes the forces and stress performance of the established directly-buried heating network in different conditions. This paper summarizes the development course about the theory of directly buried pipeline network, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the softwares which can also do thrust analysis and stress calculation about directly-buried heating network in world in the current.According to the features of the network project and the finite element algorithm, this project formulate the software structure and determine the software language and operation mode; formulate algorithm on the directly-buried heating pipeworks, build mathematical modal for all sorts of frequently-used pipe fittings with finite element method; establish the unit stiffness matrix and the stress and displacement model match with every pipe fitting; programming routine by use AutoLISP and DCL, make the software achieve the interactive operation in AutoCAD, and establish communication between the routine and database.This project is trying to prepare software that can take all aspects of the difficult and important in the calculation on the buried pipeline design into consideration. It can calculates loop pipe network and branched system, and consider pipe laying requirements like pipe wall thickness, buried depth, fixed bracket strength, compensator ability and so on, considerprimary stress injuries and fatigue damage, and present make household-based heat meteringmore applied to operation monitoring about pipe network, use proper heat measurement parameter as the raw data of the pipe network, Infer that pipe network operation to monitor the state of all pipe fittings, this also make breakdown maintenance convenience.This project will provide an accurate and reliable calculation tool for designer to designe complex directly-buried heating network; improve the design efficiency and precision.
