| Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) coal combustion technology is a clean coal combustion technology developed in recent thirty years. It has the advantages of wide combustion adaptability, good peak performance, low nitrogen oxides emission and furnace desulfurization and so on, and has become the development focus of clean coal combustion technology of our country. Circulating fluidized bed unit has its unique advantages on the application of peaking unit in Hangkou, and it’s moving in high-parameter, high-capacity unit direction. Sichuan Baima CFB demonstration plant has started the construction of600MW circulating fluidized bed unit now, which also shows our determination to develop China’s circulating fluidized bed unit in the large-scale direction. State Environmental Protection Department has stepped up efforts to control emissions of environmental pollutants, which raised higher requirements for the circulating fluidized bed furnace desulfurization system. In addition, the circulating fluidized bed boiler control object with the characteristics of nonlinear, large delay, strong coupling and so on, which make it difficult to control, and the furnace desulfurization system is inseparable with the combustion system. Because the automatic control of circulating fluidized bed unit is relatively difficult, it has always been the focus of our research. Because of this I have studied the circulating fluidized bed furnace desulfurization system in the following aspects:(1) Analyze of Circulating Fluidized Bed Furnace Desulfurization Influence Factors.(2)Modeling of Furnace Desulfurization Control Object.(3)Study on Control Algorithm of the Mathematical Model of Furnace Deslufurization.First, this context simply introduced the theory of circulating fluidized bed and then introduced the principles of furnace desulfurization^analyzed the influence factors of furnace desulfurization in detail, and then established the control model of furnace desulfurization based on site test data, and finally analyzed and studied the control method of furnace desulfurization systems by means of internal model control algorithm. All the above provided a reference for the design and optimization of circulating fluidized bed furnace desulfurization automatic control system. |
