Compressor is an important part of the gas turbine and it influences on the performance of the gas turbine. The working condition of the gas turbine is very poor, thus the air pollution particles and the internal pollutants from compressor come into the compressor and adhere to the blade surface to form the fouling. The existence of the compressor fouling lowers the compressor efficiency, airflow and exit pressure, therefore degrading the overall performance of gas turbine.In this paper, we simulate the compressor blade according to the ANSYS CFX software and the modeling of NASA blade parameter. Then we design the blade entity according to the blade parameter by NASA37and PRO/E3D graphics. Afterwards we design the matched compressor cylinder and its entrance as well as exit according to the size of the blade. Finally we select the appropriate blowers and motors to design compressor test platform according with the experiment demand to provide the experimental platform for follow-up study.
