With the maturing of wind power technology and the increasing size of wind power, the grid is growing uncertainty and requirements of the power system security and economic operation are increasingly higher. The traditional reactive power optimization model has been not well adapt to the increasingly complex network structure, so the research on the reactive power optimization problem with wind power is great significance for the improvement of wind power performance. In this paper the reactive power optimization in the local grid with wind farms are put forward. The sample space of wind speed correlation is formed using Nataf inverter technology, the influence between the wind speed correlation and reactive power optimization is researched. Using the method in this paper can make the simulation result be more close to the actual situation, helpful for guidance of reactive power equipment for cutting, decrease network loss. A kind of hybrid intelligence algorithm of reactive power optimization model is designed. This algorithm using predictor-corrector interior point method and genetic algorithm to solve the alternate, realizes the continuous and discrete variables of separation. It is more advantageous to the global optimal solution. Based on the traditional model of reactve power optimization, index of static voltage stability is introduced and a model of multiobjective reactive power optimization is established, where the active power loss minimization, static voltage stability margin maximization are taken into account. The modified IEEE30-bus test system is used to verify the presented approaches. This research has theoretical and practical guiding significance for the regional power grid reactive power optimization, decrease network loss, and reliable operation.
