Research on air compressor reformned method of Huaneng power plant in Shang’an based on PLC is mainly discussed the air compressor of Huaneng power plant in Shang’an use OMRON CJ series PLC controller to control, system pressure and system flow use double PID to control, entrance door and bypass door use the "quick open, slow close" principle to control, this paper can avoid air compressor surging occur by using effective control strategy and protect project, makes it running in a reasonable and stable working condition. With the result of running in filed, this research can prevent the surging occur timely, and then makes corresponding disposition decision. This control project is reasonable and effective, it provided valuable experience for later air compressor debugging and inspecting. Complete this project not just be solved the stability and security problem in power plant product process, but provide fixed model for design the control system.
