This thesis gives detailed descriptions about the energy planning of Zhongshan powergrid. Energy has been a very important issue in all countries, China is a country of energysupply, energy conservation is a basic national policy. In recent years, with the socialdevelopment and continuous improvement of living standards, shortage of resources hasbecome an urgent need to solve world problems. Since the nuclear crisis caused by thetsunami in Japan, the situation is even more critical. Original state support nuclear energypower plant technology has been fully stop all preparatory work. The development of newenergy and energy-saving power grid is very urgent. Development of new energy science andtechnology because of the restrictions can not be fully carried out. The energy loss reductionis now a variety of new methods and new technologies in the most practical and mostfeasible.Energy planning of Zhongshan Power pioneered the work must be closely around theobjectives and requirements, by strengthening energy planning, focusing on reducing10kVdistribution network management and below the line loss; optimized network structure andoperation mode, improve voltage and reactive power distribution network operating level, tocarry out transformation of power loss reduction, efforts to reduce technical line losses.In this paper, macroeconomic trends and status and distribution network of ZhongshanCity, The12th Five-year network planning as the basis for fast and efficient way to achievethe established energy efficiency goals as a starting point, based on research data and analysisof grid computing, combined with previous work experience and the latest research resultsand put forward practical planning,to ensure network security. Reliable operation of thepremise, and tap the potential of Zhongshan energy distribution network, to create a green,energy-saving and efficient Zhongshan grid.Focuses primarily on four energy-saving directions:1, the power saving plan;2, the main net energy planning;3, the energy distribution network planning;4, the user side of the energy plan.Power saving plan include: power retirement plan, a new power supply planning, anddelivery by the power outside the planning and distributed generation.Main grid energy plan: optimizing network structure, reducing the loss of the oldtransformer and overloaded circuits and optimize the main network operation mode, the trend to improve the main network distribution of several parts.Energy distribution network planning: optimizing the distribution network construction,operation strategy adjustment, perfect line loss management.The user side of the energy planning: promotional energy information, demand sidemanagement,20kV distribution network,smard grid and so on.
